Shipping Policy

Most items are made to order and ship within 1–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s current schedule. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control may affect delivery time.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the shipment.

If your package appears to be lost, contact us and we will help you review the tracking information and next steps.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the locations available at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
