Return and Refund Policy
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including item details, color choices, quantity, and shipping address.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, color selection mistakes, incorrect shipping addresses, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order details.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or other resolution.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will help review the tracking information and next steps with the carrier.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
